June 23, 2020–Scottsdale, Ariz.— LIV AZ REALTY, a residential real estate brokerage firm in Phoenix, owned by Lynn Janson and John Cabezas, is launching their OUR HEROES give-back program.

OUR HEROES is a program offered exclusively by LIV AZ REALTY and participating mortgage lenders, title companies and other third party vendors.  The program is designed to give back to local community heroes by significantly reducing the cost of buying a home.  You do not have to earn “Hero” status to participate.  You are already designated a hero if you work for, or are retired from, LIV AZ REALTY’S list of eligible industries:

• Firefighters and EMS
• Law enforcement and staff
• Medical professionals and staff
• Military (active, retired and veterans)
• Teachers and educational staff
• Grocery workers and administrative staff
• Delivery workers
• Childcare workers
• Pharmacy workers

The OUR HEROES program credits money to your closing costs.  Available credits include a lender credit of .25% of the loan amount and an additional agent credit of.25%.  On average, OUR HEROES participants receive $2,500 in discounts combined.
